Bekki's first concert in four years generated some of the best reviews we've
received of her live performances to date. Despite being petrified (as she always is when
she has to play in front of an audience), Bekki felt that she played well at this event
(with the exception of one horrendous bugger-up which she hopes no-one noticed too much!)
It was a lovely venue, and the performance was enhanced by an excellent light show.
Bekki especially liked the fact that the light show was such that she herself was in
complete darkness - always a good thing if you suffer from stage fright! - so she was able
to relax and really give it her best.
This was one of Bekki's favourite concerts for other reasons too, including the fact
that the audience was so appreciative and enthusiastic, and that the venue itself
was so cosy, comfortable and intimate. Her set lasted for 45 minutes and included music
from Shadow of the Wind and Innersense, as well as two pieces of music which as
yet haven't been included on any releases (one of which probably never will be, as it was
written especially for this concert). |
