From Roy Dillon in Birmingham:
Hi Bekki, Just found your web site, was at your concert at the Space Centre in 2004, it was "Magic", best I have seen and heard, since seeing Jean Michel Jarre, can you tell me are you doing any more concerts in the near future?, would love to see you again. |

I don't have anything planned for the remainder of this year, although nothing's ever set in stone and that could change depending on what AD Music have got planned and what other events come up. I'd really like to play live more often, so if the opportunity arises, you can be sure I'll be there (complete with the usual stage fright, mind you!) Concert dates are usually posted on my web site as soon as they're confirmed, so it might be worth bookmarking it and checking back every now and again. Dates are also sent out via the mailing list, so do feel free to join that too if you'd like those and other bits and pieces delivered to your inbox.

From Dean Unwin in Sydney:
On Edge of Human you use a real guitar and it sounds great. What made you decide to use an acoustic instrument on an electronic album? |
Well, it's not the first time I've used an acoustic instrument - I played the flute on Innersense as well. As I've said before, if I had the choice I wouldn't use electronic instruments at all, I'd use a full orchestra! As for the guitar, my friend and neighbour Paul Barraclough is an incredibly talented musician, so it seemed logical to utilise his skills on Edge of Human. Some tracks simply cried out for the acoustic treatment.

From Peter McEvoy in Portsmouth:
If you could have written the score for one movie, what would it have been and why? |
The Crow, definitely. However, Graeme Revelle did a fantastic job with that score, and there's absolutely no way I could have equalled that, let alone improved upon it. The main theme still brings me out in goosebumps whenever I hear it.

From James Lewis in Manchester:
Do you think you will ever write music with lyrics, i.e., actual songs? |
I already have, several in fact. But I'm signed to a label who specialise in instrumental music, so if I ever did anything with those songs they would have to be released either through someone else or independently. To be honest though, I can't see that happening - if I ever write lyrics, they're always really personal.

From Marcia Garrett in Detroit:
What is your most successful piece of music? |
The one that's doing really well at the moment is Ephemeris from Edge of Human. There are a couple of other lesser-known tracks which seem to find their way onto compilation albums quite regularly as well (The Plains and Sub-Aqua).
